If your order is in stock and does not require resizing or adjustments, it will ship the following business day by 7 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Made-to-order

Made-to-order jewelry refers to pieces that are custom-made because we don’t currently have your requested size (such as a specific ring size or bracelet size) in stock or your choice of alloy. These items are crafted specifically for your order. Please check the product description for lead times or email us for an estimated delivery date

Rings that require resizing will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

Holiday & Special Event Shipping

We want to ensure your jewelry arrives in time for your special moments! To be safe, we recommend placing your holiday orders at least 8 weeks in advance. Lead times can vary depending on the piece, so feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide a more accurate timeline and help make sure your order is ready when you need it.

Complimentary gift wrapping and handwritten notes are available upon request. Simply leave us a note at checkout or email us with your instructions.

International Orders

Please note that VAT taxes and duties may be required before your package can be released from customs. The listed shipping rates apply only to orders placed through the website.
