Custom Jewelry Orders

If you’re interested in having custom jewelry made, please email or call for more information. Elliot works with clients in person and remotely from all over the world. Custom jewelry typically takes 8 to 12 weeks to complete.

Most ring styles on the website can be customized through the custom ordering process. Elliot is available Tuesday–Friday (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and Saturdays (12 p.m. to 4 p.m.) at his jewelry studio in New York City. Meetings are by appointment only.

For remote clients, Elliot is happy to meet via FaceTime, Zoom, or phone call. Please let us know your preferred day and time to meet. We look forward to hearing from you!

Lead Time

Our made-to-order jewelry is crafted just for you, in your choice of metal and ring size. 

Typically, one of each ring style is stocked in a woman’s size 6 and men’s size 9 in 1-2 different metal alloys. 

Made-to-order rings take 4 to 12 weeks to complete, depending on the style. If you’re working on a deadline, just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.875% is applied to all items sold in person or shipped within New York City. For items shipped to other locations in New York State, applicable local sales tax rates will be added. No sales tax is collected on items shipped outside New York State.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Please note that we do not offer payment plans or pay-over-time programs at this time. Payment in full is required at checkout.

Rings Size

If you’re in New York City, you can set up an appointment with us to size your finger in person. For custom or made-to-order rings, the correct ring size is essential to ensure a perfect fit.

Please note that full-eternity bands and engraved rings cannot be resized, and some ring styles can only be adjusted by 1–2 sizes. Ring resizing starts at $80 and may take 3–7 days, depending on the complexity of the ring style.
