Returns on ready-to-ship items are welcome within 7 days of delivery.
• Ready-to-ship items are in-stock pieces purchased as is, without resizing.
• The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, along with a 2.9% transaction fee.
To initiate a return, please email or call us for approval and a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping costs for ready-to-ship items will be covered for domestic orders.
Returned jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days, but processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for ready-to-ship items under the same terms as returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue a store credit if a suitable replacement isn’t available.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 2.9% transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Final Sale
Custom made and made-to-order jewelry are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Made-to-order jewelry refers to pieces that are custom-made because we don’t currently have your requested size (such as a specific ring size) or your selected choice of metal in stock. These items are crafted specifically for your order.
